SMT & PCB Assembly
Automated pick-and-place lines populate boards at high density, followed by reflow soldering and 100% automated optical inspection (AOI) before any board moves downstream.
Enclosure Molding & Integration
IP-rated enclosures are injection-molded on site to the tolerances DIN rail and wall-mount installers expect, then fitted with sealed cable glands, antennas and terminal blocks.
Metrology Calibration
Meters and sensors are calibrated against traceable reference standards — current, flow, temperature and pressure benches all log per-unit calibration certificates.
RF & EMC Test Chamber
Every wireless device is swept in an anechoic test chamber to confirm LoRaWAN, NB-IoT and sub-GHz RF performance, plus EMC immunity/emissions under IEC 61000.
Final QC Sign-off
A functional test rig exercises every I/O, radio join and display before a unit is serialized and logged into the traceability system.

Anti-static, export-ready packaging with datasheets and compliance documentation, palletized for regional distribution partners.
